Yes. All coaching sessions are available nationwide via video or phone. No app downloads are required. In-person sessions are also available for local clients.
The free 30-minute intro call is completely free with no commitment. A single 60-minute coaching session is $80. A 3-session package (three 60-minute sessions) is $220, saving $20. Reiki in-person sessions are $80 and remote Reiki absent treatments are $120.
No. Stephanie Stepka is a mentor support coach, not a licensed clinical therapist. Her coaching is based on lived personal experience and is not a substitute for clinical mental health therapy. For mental health crises, please call or text 988.
